1. About Before I Do

Before I Do provides personalised Wedding Blueprints based on the information submitted by each customer. These Terms and Conditions apply whenever you purchase a Wedding Blueprint through our website.

2. What you are purchasing

Your purchase includes one personalised Wedding Blueprint delivered digitally as a PDF. The Blueprint may include a recommended budget allocation, planning priorities, suggested booking order, supplier suggestions, practical next steps and other guidance relevant to the information you provide. The Wedding Blueprint is a personalised planning service. It is not full wedding planning, supplier booking, legal advice or financial advice.

3. Price and payment

The price shown at checkout is the total price payable for the Wedding Blueprint unless clearly stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been completed successfully.

4. Completing the questionnaire

After payment, you must complete the wedding questionnaire so that we can create your Wedding Blueprint. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and current information. The quality and relevance of the recommendations depend on the information you provide. If essential information is missing or unclear, we may contact you before beginning or completing the Blueprint.

5. Delivery

Your Wedding Blueprint will normally be delivered by email within 72 hours after we receive your completed questionnaire. The 72-hour period begins when the completed questionnaire has been successfully submitted, not when payment is made. If we require clarification, the delivery period may begin once the necessary information has been received. Occasional delays may occur because of technical issues, public holidays, illness or exceptional circumstances. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Personalised recommendations

Every Wedding Blueprint is based on the information available at the time it is created. Supplier availability, prices, terms, ratings and other external information may change. Before I Do cannot guarantee the availability, suitability, pricing, performance or quality of any supplier. You are responsible for carrying out your own checks and deciding whether to contact, hire or pay a supplier. Before I Do does not receive commission from recommended suppliers unless this is clearly disclosed.

7. Changes and corrections

If your Wedding Blueprint contains a factual error caused by us, or we have clearly misunderstood information that you supplied accurately, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review reasonable correction requests. Changes caused by updated preferences, a changed budget, new bookings or information that was not included in the original questionnaire may require additional work and are not automatically included.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Because each Wedding Blueprint is personalised, your cancellation rights may be affected once work has begun. Where required, we will ask you to acknowledge that you are requesting the personalised service to begin before the end of any applicable cancellation period. If you cancel before work has begun, please contact us as soon as possible and we will review your request in accordance with your legal rights. Once work on your personalised Wedding Blueprint has begun, or once the completed Blueprint has been delivered, a full refund may not be available except where required by law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

9. Intellectual property and personal use

The Wedding Blueprint and its original design remain protected by intellectual property law. You may use your completed Wedding Blueprint for your own personal wedding planning. You must not resell, reproduce, distribute, publish or use it commercially without written permission from Before I Do.

10. Limitation of responsibility

The Wedding Blueprint provides planning guidance based on the information you provide. We do not guarantee that following the recommendations will produce a particular outcome, prevent every unexpected cost or result in financial savings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Before I Do is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer, decisions made by the customer, supplier actions or failures, price changes, availability changes or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also have rights under the laws that apply where you live.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version that applies to an order will normally be the version published when the order was placed.
